On October 14, the Jetour Traveler 7 was officially launched. As an SUV with off-road capability and positioned as a play-oriented model, the new car offers both fuel and plug-in hybrid powertrain options right from launch, meeting users' diversified needs.

The new car's two powertrains were launched simultaneously. The fuel version offers a total of 5 configurations, with a guide price starting at 139,800 yuan, plus a super renewal price of 125,900 yuan; the plug-in hybrid version offers 3 configurations, starting at 152,900 yuan, with a simultaneous super renewal price of 143,900 yuan.

The Jetour Traveler 7 continues the "Jetour Traveler" boxy, distinctive exterior, with a comprehensive refresh in both exterior and interior. The exterior features retro round ring headlights, and the wheel arches are changed to body-color, giving it less of the original ruggedness and more urban refinement. The exterior design achieves a perfect appearance with no blind spots in all directions. Inside the body-in-white, an embedded reinforced frame has been added, further enhancing body rigidity, balancing the comfort of a unibody for city driving while further strengthening body strength for off-road conditions.

In terms of interior, the mechanical gear lever has been removed and replaced with a column shifter layout. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 8255 flagship infotainment chip, bringing smoothness up to a whole new level.

In terms of power, two options are available: fuel and C-DM plug-in hybrid. The fuel version's 2.0T Kunpeng power engine paired with an Aisin 8AT transmission should be the focus of attention, with a maximum power of 187 kW and maximum torque of 390 Nm. This is also Jetour's main export variant. The fuel version also features Falcon 500 advanced intelligent driving assistance functions.

Intelligent driving is the focus of this upgrade. The C-DM plug-in hybrid variant will also offer Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving, fully equipped with highway navigation, urban navigation, and automatic parking. However, pricing was not announced at this launch, and the "Huawei Qiankun version" will be launched soon.

The plug-in hybrid version is where the real hardcore strength lies. It features a triple-motor true four-wheel-drive layout, with a pure electric range of 251 kilometers and a combined range of 1,400 kilometers. There is no range anxiety for long-distance camping, and it also supports external discharge, maximizing practicality for outings. It is also equipped with the Jetour XWD fully automatic four-wheel-drive system, electronically controlled dog-clutch differential lock, 7+X off-road modes, and crawl function all in place. With 220 mm ground clearance and 700 mm wading depth, it is fully sufficient for weekend trail driving and camping.

The positioning of the Jetour Traveler 7 is very clear: a boxy SUV that can handle the city, the wild, and travel. It no longer blindly pursues hardcore off-road capability, but instead balances urban family use, family travel, and outdoor play, enhanced by technological intelligence. It is a car that can turn life into poetry.

In the past, driving a hardcore SUV meant either it was cumbersome and fuel-thirsty in the city with poor family comfort, or an ordinary urban SUV lacked off-road capability. The Traveler 7 finds a balance point between the two, allowing ordinary consumers who like boxy SUVs to avoid compromising on daily commuting while also being able to head into the mountains and wilderness at any time. Jetour stations across major cities and tourist attractions serve car owners, and the rich "Travel+" ecosystem makes car life more colorful.#智美旅行冠军方盒
